No. Corpmetrix provides an independent organisational health assessment under the commercial name Organizational Health Index (OHI). We are not affiliated with McKinsey and do not claim to deliver McKinsey’s proprietary OHI instrument or benchmarks.
How is an OHI assessment different from an employee engagement survey?
Engagement programmes (including PEACE®) focus on discretionary effort and related workplace drivers. An Organizational Health Index / organisational health assessment looks at broader organisational conditions — such as alignment, execution, and culture — that shape performance. Many clients run both; we help you choose the right scope.
Do you offer Organizational Health Index programmes in Egypt and Saudi Arabia?
